Found these pics on the net. Shows various products from Cugir 2018, including an interesting black bayonet mounted on their newer NATO specified AK.
Bottom line - there is a new ak bayonet to hunt!

It does appear that we have another Romanian AK bayonet and scabbard(?) to find. The rifle does look like a basic Kalashnikov system. I wonder what the scabbard looks like? Just what we need another Romy bayonet to find. I am still hunting for a Romy AKM 6X4 Type II with Type II scabbard matching numbers, let alone the other variations. Mike

Could be the scabbard lying under the gun?! Appears theres a rubber insulator piece on it or is it just me?? Either way it would be interesting to see the scabbard and bayonet in close detail.

No insulator.. might just be the cord lying over the scabbard..
