Captured equipmemt from the members of the 76th guards air assault division of the Russian forces, last night, 27th Feb 2022, outskirts of Kyiv.

Looks like there will be some sort of flow of 6x9’s into the market at some point.

Thats the thing with these conflicts..

Saw other captured equipment and they were regular 6X4;s, so wonder who exactly gets the 6X9?
Love to get one, but not holding my breath.

I think this conflict could shed a bit of light on this topic that you mention Brian. Of course I hope it ends today, but things are heating up and it could end up being a prolonged thing..
the 6x9-1 is certainly not a widespread used item (yet)

Just added an absolute gem. The Kampo ShN-2 trail prototype bayonet with existing accessories. This is the pre runner of the 6x9-1 bayonet. I don’t know how many of these were made, but to have one in my hand seems unbelieveable!
There has been made quite a few changes in the design comparing to the later second model. Note the changes in blade design and finish. The scabbard of the trail version is heavier with a thicker sharpening stone and more screws overall. Cutter plate area on the trail version is of a different type finish in the metal surface. Grip and pommel is near identical. The colour of the frog fabric is also different between the two with a lighter green on the prototype.

For your viewing pleasure. 6x9-1 military issued bayonet in original plastic bag. The bayonet is in unissued mint condition with all the usual KAMPO accessories. The bayonet is numbered, but in order to protect the source of these I have made it non visible.

Nice example. Aside from the ones coming out of Latvia, I haven't seen any available. Of course can find them in Ukraine, but no-one will ship outside of Ukraine.
Still need to get one of these. Congrats, good pickup.
