Interesting Bulgarian AKM Hand Guards

For discussing anything Kalashnikov related, that does not concern bayonets

Interesting Bulgarian AKM Hand Guards

Postby Mr. B. » Mon Apr 01, 2019 4:52 am

This is not directly related to AK Bayonets, but I thought it was interesting to see. These two pictures are of Bulgarian AKM hand guards showing the marbling of the orange molding material. These hand guards are currently for sale on another Forum. Compare these pictures with the Bulgarian AKM 6X4 Type II bayonets and scabbards. Same colors and marbling. Mike

These have got really expensive over the past couple of years for obvious reasons. I just sold a s/n lower hand guard for $65 on a FTF deal last December. I have a few more complete sets slated to be installed on a some of my Bulgarian Type3 milled AK's.

These will also pop up here:

Nice T3. Closet I have, is my Bulgarian Arsenal SAM7 UF and a Arsenal SLR100. Is that a 3rd pin and is it fully functioning? I didn't know France allowed such creatures!

Semi converted from a full auto rifle, it's now (since 1st august 2018) illegal here to have ex surplus rifle even converted in semi auto...

Only original made semi auto AK could be used/bought.

I'm sorry to hear about that ilian. All the more reason why I cherish our 2nd Amendment here in the US.

Yes it's pretty sad, "european" laws makers try to disarm law-abiding citizens, but it's not done yet don't worry about that ;)
