Czech VZ58 Replica bayonets and Scabbards?

Recently I was going through some old pictures and noticed this promotional picture of what appears to be Replica VZ 58 bayonets and scabbards. I have never encountered one of these and have no knowledge about them. From the picture it is interesting that they are a close copy, but yet a lot of differences in the details. I wonder why anyone would make a replica of a common and inexpensive item like this? Does anyone have any information about who, what and when these were made? It seems they were listed on eBay at some time?
