My first Maadi

Just got my first Egyptian Maadi, the type one with metal scabbard. These really DO look like they were put together by a blind monkey with a hangover. 
Lots of nasty glue, green woven wrist strap with rounded end on the buckle, sort of an off black grip. Crude but cool.
