Very nice bayonet ....... and totally awesome with the matching AK74! Excellent pictures. This certainly confirms that the early version with the narrow cross guard was issued in 1988. Thanks for sharing. Mike

It is very unusual to have a matching numbered 6x5 to the rifle. If original, and it does appear so...that is a very significant find in terms of dating those early narrow crossguard bayonets. Well done, and thanks for sharing.

Funny story , ive had this set for over a year which I picked up at the local fair, I didn't even realise it was a narrow crossguard until I looked yesterday! Yes it is a deac
