Avatars and pictures

Had some concerns over avatar size and pic uploading, so I made some adjustments.
Avatars can now be a max size of 150 x 150 pixels (more than enough for an avatar) and up to 100k in file size.
That should be easy enough to resize to. Make sure images are no more than 96dpi, or you have huge file sizes.
For those not used to Photoshop etc, you can resize images easily online using any of the following:

http://resizeyourimage.com/
...and others.

As far as uploading pictures for posts is concerned, we are also very generous. Images can be up to 2 Megs big (HUGE) and you can upload up to 5 per post.
They can be up to 2500 x 2500 pixels big. To prevent forced page scrolling, if they are larger than 1500 x 1500, then the image becomes a link to click.
Images are automatically resized to a smaller (thumbnail) size in posts, however just clicking on that image opens the image full size, to whatever the person uploaded it as.
