Yes, congratulations. I know I slept well the day I finally bagged mine.
Re: INSAS
I checked mine and there is no mark or scrubbed mark on the bayonet, but there is a WINDLASS marking on the scabbard.

This is my example of an early Russian two hook hanger. It is missing the belt loop.

Re: Romanian 6X4 bayonet unmatching with plastic scabbard
I suspect the recently listed AIMS 74 bayonets on Ebay came from Arms of America when they were selling mismatched serial numbered ones for $119.95

Re: Romanian 6X4 bayonet unmatching with plastic scabbard
I also don't have one of these yet, but $250 for mismatched serial numbers is too rich for my blood. I remain hopeful that more of these will pop up down the road for less money.

Re: Wazzit?
I'll bet the blade has a very distinct odor to it. I bought a fake off ebay cheaply a while ago just to check it out with similar looking metal and it smells really odd like like hot brakes. Don't know where it originated from, but suspect Pakistan, China, etc.

I have a reworked Izzy 6x4 with a red lacquer over it with a stamped serial number on the back cutter plate "3151", but I have not seen one with stamped serial numbers on the front.

Yes, definitely Romanian per Mr. B. Cugir arsenal mark on pedestal seals the deal. Nice serialization! My two examples are serialized ST 1553 and EF 0879.
